'ARASHI' CHAPTER 30 : Mission Impossible

She smiles devilishly. But now, it’s time to act.

“Take this!”

PAP!

A sudden baseball thrown hit her hand, making her inadvertent drops the gun. All people there look at the stage hall and widen their eyes

“EEEHHHH???!!!!”

Rapidly, Aiba runs toward Matsumoto without concern on those kidnappers all around. As she saw it, she wants to grab back the gun from the floor, but Matsumoto manages to kick it far away from there.

“Matsujun!!!!!”

Immediately, Aiba pushes the girl aside and hugs his friend. Then, he unties Matsumoto and covers his friend’s injured body with his.

“I-It was really him?!”

“Why he is still alive?!!!”

“A-Aiba-chan?! H-How come you...?!!!”

Aiba just smiles, didn’t answer the question at all. Then, he glares at all the kidnappers around.

“DON’T YOU DARE TO TOUCH MY FRIEND!!!!”

He shouts angrily, making all people there stunned even Matsumoto behind.

“Well, nice thrown Aiba-chan.”

Suddenly, Sakurai comes out from the hall’s backstage. He smirks at the boss as the boss gaps by his unexpected appearances.

“A-A ghost?!!!”

“Nope. We are STILL alive.”

“BUT, HOW COME?!!!”

 

 

                Those kidnappers thrown them hardly on the dumping site without feel empathy at all. As they heard Sakurai’s phone was ringing, they immediately left the place.

“Aiba-chan?”

“...Hmm?”

“Are you okay?”

“I think so...”

Aiba slowly sat up while rubbing his aching head. The knocked before was really hurting his head.

“Yabaii...”

“What’s wrong?”

“I think...this red paint can’t go away...”

Then, he pouts.

“My mom will definitely be mad.”

“Just throw it away.”

“No! This is my favourite shirt!”

Aiba laughs hardly by Sakurai’s worried face. They been shoot at the stomach before, but luckily, they already wore bullet-proof cloths that they borrowed from the owner of Ninomiya’s favourite game shop. To make the ‘death’ look more real, they already patched red paint pack around the cloths.

 

 

“NO WAY!!!”

“YOU GUYS ALREADY KNOW THAT YOU WILL DIE??!!”

“Well, it’s more like a preparation. One of your people already told us before about what weapons that you have.”

All people there stare at Sakurai and Aiba in disbelief. They totally blank minded with what Sakurai just said.

“But, there’s no way we were going to kill both of you without purposefully listened on the phone talk yesterday!!!”

He confusedly looks at Sakurai and gasps.

“D-don’t tell me-”

“Actually I was PURPOSEFULLY let you guys to eavesdrop on my phone call last night.”

All the kidnappers and victims there totally shock by his words.

“But why??!!”

“So, we can attract all your attention.”

Confusedly, they look toward each other. However, the boss suddenly let out a laugh.

“The more irritated you make me, the more I want to suffer you guys.”

He smiles devilishly and signals one of his people to bring the new victim there.

“Unfortunately, we still have the Ohno with us now.”

One of his people brings a guy with a cap and mask to there.

“How about I kill him in front of you guys?”

“NO!”

The boss gives them a smugly smile. Unexpectedly, Sakurai and Aiba laugh hardly.

“WHAT SO FUNNY ABOUT?!!!”

“Well, firstly it wasn’t Ohno-kun!”

“And secondly, he is dangerous!”

Suddenly, the guy holds the kidnapper’s wrist and throws him hardly to the floor. As expected, playing a lot of game also let him to learn a lot of fighting way.

“NINOMIYA?!”

She shocked as the guy abruptly takes of his mask and cap.

“Finally, I can take off these things.”

The boss shocked by his name.

“HE WASN’T OHNO?!!!”

“No he’s not!”

The boss looks at Ninomiya in disbelief, totally speechless with it.

“What was happen actually?!!!!”

“There must be something wrong with this.  I’m more than sure you guys were dead last night.”

“No, we’re not died yet. You must still remember that we got shoot on the stomach last night right? So, the bullet-proof cloth was protecting our body from the shoot.”

“But, you‘re got beaten and even shoot for just attracting our attention?! No points for doing it at all!!!”

“Wait! Why you guys shoot them on the stomach?!!! I always told you to do it on head right?!!!”

“The shooter wasn’t me, but HIM!”

She swiftly points at the black masked guy behind the boss.

“WHAT-!”

KLICK!

All the kidnappers and victims there stunned as the black mask guy suddenly aimed the gun to his own boss.

“NOW YOU WANT TO BETRAY ME?!!!”

“Since when I became one of your people?”

Immediately, Ohno takes off his mask and smirks.

“THAT ONE IS OHNO!”

“WHAT?!!!”

“NO WAY!!!”

Abruptly, Matsumoto remembered back. Last night, he was attacked the black mask guy. But the guy pushed him gently rather than harshly aside.

‘No wonder he did that! He’s OHNO!’

“How did you get into here?!!!”

“Well, unfortunately for you guys. Actually, number of people inside the car yesterday wasn’t TWO, but THREE.”

The boss widens his eyes.

“That’s what I mean by attracting you guys. Actually, mine and Aiba-chan’s jobs are to get all your attention so Ohno-kun can sneaks among you guys safely.”

“So, that’s why he offered himself to kill you guys last night! This is your entire plan!”

“Indeed. If the shooter was come from you guys, we definitely got shoot on head and died. That’s why I told Ohno-kun from earlier to offer himself for shoot us.”

Another amazing plan from Sakurai. Matsumoto totally shock by it.

“I-I can’t believe this...”

He totally becomes speechless. His friends not just deceiving those kidnappers, but also him!

“BUT DIDN’T YOU SAID THIS BASTARD JOB WAS TO PRETEND AS THE NEXT VICTIM LAST NIGHT?!!!”

The boss tries to look at Ohno behind, but stops when he saw the gun was pointing at his head.

“Well...”

Sakurai calmly steps toward him.

“OF COURSE I lie.”

He lets out a sneaky smirk. The boss disbelief looks at them. So all those incidents and words last night were only their act.

“And have you ever thought why I’m pretending as the victim now?”

“HUH?”

“KEIJI-SAAAAN!!!! PLEASE HELP UUUUS!!!!!”

Immediately, all the police entered the hall from all direction including the roof. They were waiting for Ninomiya sign since long time before.

Finally, all the kidnappers got caught. All the victims were save including for those that managed to escape before. The four guys are waiting for Sakurai from explaining about his plan before with the chief inspector there.

“How could you guys do that to me?!”

“Gomen ne, gomen ne. Let me hug you~”

Matsumoto immediately smacks his friend’s head, not letting Aiba to hug him at all.

“So, this is all Sho-kun’s plan?”

“Not ALL. Some from us too.”

“But Nino, when did you call the police? I guess they will never let us carry on this plan.”

“Yup, I realize about it too. That’s why I told them after you contacted us where they want to bring all the victims this morning.”

“You mean you just told the police few hours ago?!”

Ninomiya nods.

“But the way they block this place like they were waiting since a long time ago!”

“They’re elite police Aiba-chan. They must know how to block this plan in a mere time.”

Aiba nods. Immediately, Matsumoto taps his shoulder.

“So, you and Sho-kun just act last night?”

“Yup! So, Oh-chan can sneaks easily among them.”

“What a ‘great’ act then. I really thought you guys were dead.”

He rubs his swollen eyes. So he just wastes his tears last night.

“And I was wondering...Don’t you guys feel worried if those people will kill me if they found out about your ‘real’ plan?”

“Eh? I thought you know about the plan.”

“HOW COME I WILL KNOW ABOUT IT?!!! YOU GUYS NEVER TOLD ME!!!”

“You don’t tell him Aiba-chan?”

“Nope. Sho-chan told me that Matsujun real reaction will make it AWE~SOME.”

“HUH?!!!!”

“And he also said it was priceless-”

“WHAT?????!!!!!HOW DARE HE THOUGHT THAT WAY!!!!!!!”

At the same time, Sakurai shook hands with the inspector and readily to come toward them. Immediately, Matsumoto stomps madly at him.

“-In a good manner...I mean.”

But Matsumoto already left. The three guys just watching him before bring their gaze to Sakurai.

“...Sometimes Sho-kun can be sneaky right?”

Aiba and Ninomiya just nod.

“And sometimes he can be smarter and dangerous when his ‘serious’ mood already came out ne?”

Now it’s turn for Ohno and Aiba to nod.

“Does it mean Sho-chan will be more DoS than Matsujun too?”

“SHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

They immediately look at the already high speed running Matsumoto. As soon as he only few metres from Sakurai he fasting his speed more and gives Sakurai a hard flying kick accurately on face.

BAM!

And Sakurai hardly falls on the floor.

“Ouch. That must be hurt.”

Angrily, Sakurai gets up from the floor and glares at him.

“WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“YOU SAID MY REAL REACTION WAS AWESOME?????!!!!!!!!!I ALMOST GOT A HEART ATTACK BY YOUR ‘AWESOME’ PLAN YOU KNOW???!!!!!!!!”

“I JUST TRIED TO SAVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“OWH COME ON!!! BY NOT TELLING ME????!!!! I’LL KILL YOU BAKAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Matsumoto madly tries to kill Sakurai with the surgery’s knife that he grabs from the forensic police grips before. He chases Sakurai all around the hall, making the chief inspector felt hesitant if Sakurai was the really planner of those incredible idea before. However, those three guys just watch their friends calmly without trying to stop them at all.

“And about your question before Aiba-chan...”

Both Ohno and Ninomiya immediately look at the wondering Aiba beside.

“No, he will never be.”
