Yeah, I haven't see you around for quite some time! How you're doing now?
I still have to struggle most of the time now. I just almost get my panic attack again recently, but thankfully somehow I managed to calm down myself. Like you've said, I should control my stress better. I'm sorry that you have to through the same experience too. Is it getting better at your side now?
