I think he need a guide for a whole day, in this case, if he do some presentation than you will be a translator, you will accompanied him everywhere including his meal and so on. So you need to ask him about this later :3 Hmm, I don't really know about that because I've never make an international call but from what I heard it can be pretty expensive ^^ (2000 yen for around an hour?)
