Long time no see everyone! (>w<)/
Firstly before I proceed I need to tell you that unfortunately I will be hiatus from writing fanfic probably until my practical training over (7th November). Since this entire fasting month I have asked for 1 earlier leave with another Muslim intern, both of us were required to come to office on Sunday as well. Means, I need to work for the entire week (Saturday&Sunday are half day though) so I don't have time for writing. Even with Sunday off though, I actually barely have time for Arashi and rest T^T By the way, I'm now doing my practical in a tourism agency. I think this field is the best place to improve my Japanese and that's why thankfully, I was accepted in (but the interview was full with pressure. Our interviewer did it on purpose to test us).
Now to the main topic. Yesterday, two middle age Japanese men entered our office. At first I wasn't sure what their nationality is but since I was the only one left in the office at that time (other staffs went out for a while), I greeted them and find out that they're from Japan. I tried to talk with them with my limited Japanese and unexpectedly they looked so thrilled cause' they said they have been in Sabah (the state where I live) since 16th and this is the first time they found someone who can communicate with them. Of course there're few communication problems happened (I forgot the meaning of Tatemono and Rekishii. Thanks to Mr Google for translating that XDDD). Thankfully it still ended up well and one of the men gave me a Malay-> Japanese book as present! I was really surprised. Still, I'm really glad for able to help them(and quite frustrated to for forgetting those two words too. I have tried to remember them for years already and yet I still forget it...).
And this morning, the staff told me that yesterday after I left (since I just worked half day on weekend) the two men actually came back to see me. He said that the men returned to Japan today and wanted to thank me but since they couldn't see me, they left a note instead. At first we thought the note was just about he being thankful but then I realizes that there is something more especially since he also left his business card there.
The two pictures below are the note that I took using my phone. I'm sorry for the low quality btw m(_ _")m

For those my friends who can read Japanese or know someone who can read Japanese, I REALLY need your help to translate for me what he is trying to say in this note. From what I roughly understand he was asking something about phone/call around 25th July to 26th. And on the next note he was saying that they wanted to export apple on December (I was really at lost why there's Ringo word at first. Then I noticed that the man is working at agriculture&food company based on his card XDDD). However, I don't get what he means by being 'support'. What concern me the most is he wrote 'ka' at the end of some sentences. I'm the only one who can speak Japanese in the office (together with the boss. But I don't know how fluent he is) so nobody else understand it.
I will really appreciate it if you can help me. I feel really bad if I can't help these men since they already took their time to return to the office and yet still can't see me around. Onegaishimasu Minna! m(,>_<)m

20/7/14 22:36 (UTC)I was endlessly worried... T^T You're my savior Jes! And thanks for explain about 'ka' too!
I guess I need to ask him about being companion later then...somehow it makes me worried. Do you know if it's expensive to make a phone call to Japan's contact number? He gave me his office email too but since he already asked for a call I better try that one first.
Thank You SO much for the wish! *hug you tight again* I'm sorry I still hasn't reply your message yet. I'll try when I finally have my 1 week off soon ^_^ Thanks again Ne-sama!

21/7/14 04:21 (UTC)I think he need a guide for a whole day, in this case, if he do some presentation than you will be a translator, you will accompanied him everywhere including his meal and so on. So you need to ask him about this later :3
Hmm, I don't really know about that because I've never make an international call but from what I heard it can be pretty expensive ^^ (2000 yen for around an hour?)
That's okay, take your time :))

21/7/14 08:26 (UTC)So it's more appropriate to write that way? I'll do that later then. Thanks for the help ^^
Seems it's better to send him email since it won't cost much. But at first I guess I need to prepare enough money to make a phone call =_= My co-intern say it's better to text him message but my phone only can type romaji(hahaha). This thing is complicated than I thought :/
Ganbarimasu! *hug you back* XD

21/7/14 08:47 (UTC)I found some words for available and I'm not sure which is the right one but I think this one is okay ^^ *forgive me if I'm wrong*
Can't you phoned them through your office? So all the bill will be paid by them (after you ask your superior :3). If your phone has android system, you can try download "simeji" application on your phone ^^ my phone can't write Japanese too so I download that application :)

21/7/14 08:57 (UTC)I tried Simeji several times but my phone keep saying unsufficient storage available :( I have enough storage though. I'll try to see what the problem is later.
